We are excited that you are seeking more information about Pittsfield First Baptist. We are currently holding a Thursday evening Adult Bible Fellowship - "Summer in the Psalms" - which we would love to have you join. Sunday morning services are scheduled to begin in the fall. We are planning and praying toward beginning with the following ministries:
- Sunday Morning services - a time of corporate worship together as a family including worship through music, preaching and teaching from the Bible, and regular corporate communion.
- Children's Ministry - Special classes and services for the younger generation. If you have a gift of teaching or just like to spend time with the young people this may be the ministry for you.
- Music Ministry Team - This team will work together to lead the congregation in worship on Sunday mornings as well as at other events and services of the church.
- Nursery - A special place for all those adults who like to hold and cuddle babies!
- Outreach Team - A group of people organizing specific outreach opportunities for the church as a whole to reach out to the community in simple, loving ways.
- Missions Team - A group of people passionate about worldwide missions who meet to establish the mission's policy and determine potential missionary candidates for Pittsfield First.
